Baymont by Wyndham Whitefish

Great place to stay as it is in between everything. Appreciated the room having two door access, as it was easy to unload the car and walk down the hall to breakfast. Simple hotel, but I was okay with that as we were busy exploring all day.

The room was very nice and it was large and comfy; however, the pillows are hard as a rock and small. Breakfast offerings were awesome! Also, we were in a room directly above the front door, which was really noisy and difficult to sleep.

The location was nice. Quiet and relaxing.

The hotel was amazing minus liberal Montana still being afraid of covid and not having coffee pots in the rooms. That was the response from the front desk attendant on why there were no room coffee pots. If Wyndham Montana is worried about covid still the coffee pots would be better off in a room rather than a group setting. You should probably fix the moldy pool and hot tub. Would be totally worth the money then.

All went smooth

We stayed at the Baymont by Wyndham Whitefish MT in June. The lady at the front desk was very helpful with a small issue that I had. She made great recommendation of place to eat. The room was the best with space and comfort that we had on a 12 day road trip. I give it a great review for anyone to stay at.

My outlet did not work in my bathroom so I had to sit on the floor in the living room with a plug-in to dry and curl my hair for three days before they would fix it. They promised me the day I complained about it that they would move me to a new room the next day but when they found out I had booked through hotels.com. They didn’t do anything. They also said they would refund some of my money but again when they saw it was hotels.com They couldn’t do anything That I’d have to go through hotels.com. I wrote a message to you after I found that out and received nothing back from you in return very disappointed I do not think I will ever use hotels.com again this hotel in particular is not well Kept up does not provide an elevator. Has not worked on their swimming pool or hot tub for months it just sits there. It did not say it was out of service when we booked if I had known that I would’ve canceled and gone somewhere else we looked forward to being in the pool and hot tub when it was so hot out and to relax at night to ease our aching feet in the hot tub this Hotel does not deserve the name Wyndham at all I have never stayed in one that lacks so Much. There were bugs crawling out of the woodwork in my bathroom. I must’ve killed 10 of them. I gave up complaining because it didn’t do any good if you could refund some of my money, I would appreciate it.
