Spacious rooms, but we found 2 dead roaches. The staff was not friendly and housekeeper didn’t even clean our room but just took towels and fix bed no changing sheets. She did a half ass job!

Clean and quiet room, cool AC, very comfy bed and pillows. Lots of charging stations for phone. Friendly efficient girl at check in, Reasonable rate. Close to restaurants, Easy on/off interstate. Great breakfast Definitely recommend

"A soiled towel will cost you $20!"

On June 28, 2019, my husband and I checked in to the Comfort Suites in Plainview, TX We booked a three night stay. The room was just fine. We were charged for an additional night’s stay. I contacted the management and they refunded the extra night’s charges. The second morning we were there, at about 6:30 in the morning, I spilled a cup of coffee on the nightstand and it dripped off on the carpet, too. Instinctively, I got a towel that my husband had used earlier after his shower and cleaned up the spill and blotted up the coffee from the carpet. After we were home from our trip, I checked the credit card bill and noticed a $20 charge in addition to the room charge. I called the hotel and was told that it was a charge for a soiled towel. If you spill coffee in your room, do not clean it up! Let it sit on the furniture and carpet. Also, make sure you check your credit card to see if they charge you correctly.

"Good choice"

A clean, comfortable room. A/C worked good without being noisy. Clean indoor swimming pool. Good breakfast. Nice staff. City Park next door made for a nice morning walk. The only thing they really need to do something about is the coffee; it was terrible.

"Fine place to stay"

Excellent place to stay while in Plainview area. Right off the freeway but heard no freeway noise. Appreciated the detail of the lemon water in the lobby.
