"Service good cleaning not good"

I had reserved 2 queen bed rooms , one of them was ok but the second one they put me on a 1 king bed but I had reserved a 2 queen, then I when and told the from desk lady and she said she had no more rooms available, she had one but it was a handicapped so we toke the room, the restroom was dirty, toilet and shower and lots of water came out of the shower the floor was floated most of the time, my son open the the sofa bed and sheets were dirty and there was an old and nasty smelly sock between sheets, service was good breakfast good but they need to work a little more on the cleaning and detail of cleaning.

"Great room but breakfast was a disaster."

Nice hotel. Friendly staff and very comfortable room. However, I was not comfortable that the desk clerk made a photo copy of the front and back of my credit card for incidentals. The photo copy was not returned upon checkout. The breakfast was not great. The attendant had left early and there were no eggs, syrup, or milk. There were two volleyball teams staying at the hotel and the staff should have taken this into consideration. The breakfast area was also a mess.
