"Good"

It was very unclean and felt disgusting. There were bugs in the shower and I’m almost certain our room hadn’t been cleaned before we checked in. At one point some guy walked outside and just started peeing in the parking lot. It was a rough experience

"Disappointed "

Same dresser drawers that don’t stay closed. A mask mandate was posted on the front door, but one night 5 - 10 kids and adults were in the front lobby chatting away; no masks, on anyone. If your not going to enforce your mask mandate, get rid of all your silly restrictions, and open the pool.

"Falsely accused of damages"

We were falsely accused by management of smoking marijuana in the room and damages. Charging our credit card $250. My husband and I do not indulge in this behavior. The room smelled a little musty at check-in. So I sprayed Lysol, and wiped down surfaces that we might touch with Lysol wipes. I have asthma and copd, so we try to be as careful as we can. We checked in on June 3rd, and checked out early on the 4th, the very next morning. June 5th our credit card was charged the $250. We only stay at hotels that are non smoking with lobby entrances. Thinking this is safer and cleaner. I guess there are no cameras in the halls. I asked to about them and got no response to the question. Apparently safety is not the case here. We still ended up getting robbed.
