"Excellent"

The property was clean and well-appointed. I was just staying for one-night and only used the room for a few hours to catch some sleep, but the room was very clean and the staff was very friendly and accommodating, even when checking in late at 11:30pm.

"Hungry and without a shower"

Hot water heater wasnt working so we were unable to shower. They also said that because they warned us when we checked in they would not refund us for this situation. I find this interesting and would wonder what the health dept would say about this. Also, evem though we were told there would be breakfast until 10 am when we arrived for breakfast at 945 whatever breakfast that was available had already been cleaned up. Hungry and without a shower we left EXTREMELY disappointed.

They did not have my reservation when I arrived. After I refused to leave without a room they somehow found my room but it was dirty. This was at midnight ... don’t most hotel rooms get cleaned during the day? They also said my card was declined even though I could see the posted charge on my account. They also gave me an invoice for my room but the wrong person. My keys stopped working after the first night, I’m guessing because the invoice stated that the other person was checking out a day before me. They seemed very disorganized.

Overall the room and stay was great. However the toilet had not been cleaned. Had to go get disinfecting wipes from the car to clean.
