I left my hearings aids and they were skipped to me.

Absolute rudest front desk lady I have ever met. Checked in and the rate quoted on the phone was $20/night less than we were charged. Got very snotty when we asked her about it. Decided the place looked sketchy so didn't want to take our belongings inside and went to dinner. While at dinner checked out another hotel- (Holiday Inn Express) VERY NICE hotel and staff. Went back to ask for a refund and cancel our stay. The front desk girl called the manager told them we never entered the room but they refused a refund and told us they were charging us for half the stay book (2 nights). Would not recommend this hotel to anyone due to STAFF and who knows what the rooms look like. She didn't seem to care about her professionalism, attitude or customer service.... If these qualities are shared up through management not sure I would feel safe sleeping or placing my belongings in their care.

Beds were very comfortable. Even though there were many guests the halls were quiet and rooms had no noise. Breakfast was adequate. Thanks

My wife, upon seeing the room, said you did good! The room was very roomy with very comfortable furniture and bed. All was very clean and quiet.

Plainview TX is a *very* small town with minimum hospitality options. I wasn't expecting much but WHAT a surprise!!! Perfect customer service (brought me a blanket in the middle of the night) from the friendliest people I've met in a long time. It was a HS reunion weekend and even with all the hassle they were always polite and helpful. Designated recycling! Fitness room has 2 treadmills and the indoor pool is closed for Covid. No outside gathering area but it was usually too hot, anyway.

I found a switchblade box cutter in my bed when I pulled s not only danger but that the bed was not changed between guests. I took the switchblade to front desk and she took from me and promised me a full re-embursement. I then saw 3 days later. $20.00 was their re-embursement. Called the manager, and she was as callous, rude and basically called me a liar and would not honor their promise. Lesson learned! Do not trust anything about this hotel and staff. Very unprofessional!

The room was clean and a/c worked quite well. No complaints there. The breakfast area was crowded and some food required heating up with a microwave instead of being ready to eat. That caused a lot of congestion with people at the already small counter space. The coffee was burnt and watered down. Lastly, the back hallway exit near the laundry room didn't always latch on its own, which was great for the 5 of us loading/unloading our bags. However, not great from a security standpoint.

Rested well. Comfortable… just make sure to check the coffee pot before use. Ours had mold in it.
