The hotel itself was in nice physical condition, the staff was excellent, and the mattress was comfortable to sleep on. But that’s where it ends. The bed had hairs in it from a previous guest which was disgusting, the shower head was extremely calcified, and the hair dryer didn’t work.

Good for a 1 night stay, the fan in our bathroom didn’t work and was falling out of the ceiling, lots of hallway noise. The breakfast had good selection but the food wasn’t very warm. Not sure that I would stay here again.

This place was PACKED the night we stayed for business- traveling through. We were fortunate to get the very last room. Even with it being so packed- it was not loud in the hotel- thank goodness! The price was super high for a small town- 140, for it being Comfort Inn, and it also being a weekday as well as not holiday time. The place is average. It's a Comfort Inn, not the best, not the worst. It was decent with the room, the cleanliness, and service. It was fine for a 1-night stay traveling through.

Best option in Plainview and staff was friendly, explained why we couldn't get refund for 2nd night. We finished loading my sister to move to Fort Worth and didn't need to stay another night. We thought it would take longer but were finished by 9:30am and there is nothing to do in Plainview..why stay. I have been a good customer of Orbitz and would appreciate an exception to the need to pay for an extra night. We were out by 10"00am. ORBITZ, WOULD YOU RECONSIDER? Mary Loewen

The hotel room had food from previous guest on the floor, dead bugs in bathroom and the pool was closed which was blamed on Covid. Breakfast was lacking with no milk for cereal, eggs or flavored coffee creamer. The breakfast area was overcrowded.
