Infinite stars for the Pacific Terrace Hotel. Some places you just rest your head. For us, the PT defined our San Diego experience. From the second we pulled in , we were taken care of and embraced by the staff. No matter where we went or what time we returned, there was always someone to greet us, ask us how our daily excursion was, give us advisements and treat us as if we were part of their own family. The smiles of the members who work here were as golden as the California side. Our room was beautiful and comfortable and clean and serviced top notch. I cannot say enough except that I would never ever wanna stay any place else other than the Pacific Terrace hotel.

Great location and beautiful place to stay. The staff is was very accommodating, nice and helpful! Love all the extras the hotel offers like beach chairs, towels, bikes and boogie boards. I would definitely stay here again!!!!

Our family had a great stay! (2 adults, 3 children under 10) The hotel staff is very genuine, the rooms are spacious and clean, the food and drinks are great, and the views are outstanding. The complimentary beach chairs and accessories were a great amenity, making life easy for out of towners. The staff was very hospitable and their friendliness added to our stay. Good people and vibes from start to finish.

The staff at the Pacific Terrace Hotel are friendly, attentive, and responsive, even after checkout! They called me to let me know I had left dental retainers in our hotel room bathroom, before I realized I had left them. Then they offered to mail them to me, again before I asked. The staff here clearly care about the complete client experience.

Outstanding location with incredible staff! So many amenities included between beach chairs & umbrellas, warm cookies in the afternoon , fire tables for a night cap, and chocolates at turn-down.

Nothing- we had three generations staying across 3 rooms and everyone absolutely loved the hotel!
