Hampton Inn Boulder/Louisville

We had a goid time and the hotel was clean. The bathroom was outdated and the staff was not always present at the frint desk. I went to check out at 9.30 AM and no receptionist or signs of "be right back" were displayed, so after 10 minutes I left the key on the counter and left.

Great except would have liked clean towels and coffee& cups available the 2nd day

Staff and housekeeping very friendly

There was nothing spectacular about this property. However, it is in a good neighborhood: quiet and safe. A good place to spend the night before going somewhere else.

The door did not close completely therefore it would not lock. The towels were musty and we had no hand towel or wash clothes. Some of the toiletries were empty.

Love the breakfast and Staff they went above and beyond to help us feel more comfortable.

This is a bottom 25% Hampton Inn. The breakfast is quite lame - the regular hot plate food but no yogurt, no fresh fruit (unless you call those sad oranges in the corner no one would take fresh fruit). They don't make up your room every day, and when they do they don't replace the in-room coffee. Housekeeping otherwise generally poor, dirt in every corner. Room furnishings, towels, flooring rather worn out with kind of a wet dog smell and wallpaper is falling off the walls in stairwell. No free parking here. Walking distance to a couple of sandwich shops in a pretty quiet safe neighborhood. Good freeway access.
