Renaissance Phoenix Downtown Hotel

The worst Marriott experience so far. The room does not match the photos on their website. A lot of hazardous and none ergonomic designs. I will never return.

This hotel was clean and very nice. The lobby bar is great with excellent service. The concierge lounge was open 7 days per week with great options. The staff was very courteous and friendly. The only disappointment was the rooftop pool. There’s no food or drink service and it’s very outdated versus the rest of the hotel. Overall, a great stay!

Junior suite had a view of a large dumpster and multiple busy port-o-potties. I was offered to downgrade my room ( with no discount offered) when I requested an equivalent room with a different view. Won’t stay here again.

Nice property. Walkable to restaurants and stadiums. room was slightly outdated but clean. Staff very kind

I stayed here due to another Renaissance (Glendale) cancelling our stay due to a political event and this hotel graciously accepted us. This was a blessing because this hotel was A+ and the staff were very friendly and the property was very clean with several restaurants you can walk to. The club lounge is open everyday even on weekends which is a huge plus! There is a restaurant on site as well which we had breakfast and dinner, food was good. The valet was also great, just had to text them to bring your car. I would definitely recommend and stay here again in the future.
