Renaissance Phoenix Downtown Hotel

Our room was ready late and no accommodations were made for us other than pointing the way to the bar. The room was excellent with a nice view. The pool left a little bit to be desired as well as the area around ot. Parking was expensive but I guess that's the way it goes with these downtown hotels

We stayed overnight in route to Sedona. Everything about this hotel was great. Pros Clean Staff Beautiful hotel from lobby to rooms Bed slept well Very modern Cons We had a room with king bed. Room was a little small. However, I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful hotel, a little noisy but that was because of construction outside, wasn't too bad, lovely place to stay

I was in Phoenix to attend events at the convention center and the location of the Renaissance was perfect. The staff was very friendly, the on site restaurant/bar and staff were great. There were a several convenient restaurants in the area as well. The accommodates were top notch. Rooms were large and there was a large closet in the bathroom area as well. Bathrooms were set up nicely with the shower and toilet in an area separate from the sinks which is alway nice when multiple people are trying to get ready. Beds were soooo comfortable! I will definitely stay here again.

Overall enjoyed my business trip to the hotel was nice and clean wifi was not free as advertised but it wasn't a deal breaker

All servers were deep with easy smiles and great food suggestions! The Dust Cutter and Starbucks covered all of my food and beverage needs!
