They need to get breakfast

The staff and people were extremely friendly and helpful! Definitely recommend for a place to stay.

I'm everything was good staff is great to work with only problem was having to go downstairs to use the microwave get ice n for pop machines...

Water pressure bad. Carpet worn n dirty. Sticky in places. Tv sucks. Staff nice n helpful. Pool n hot tub out of order so its misleading. Cont breafast room all out of order. Not in operation anymore. Shower encloser broken.

Quiet to me

Smelled horrible, charged extra fees for pets not listed on the Expedia policies, wet carpet, dirty, run down. Do not stay there.

Didn't like that there is no working pool

There were bare wires sticking out from the wall in our room. The mattresses were so old and worn out that you could see the wear patterns in them. All of the bedding had stains on it. The pillows were cheap and old and were more like towels than pillows. The pool was out of order. The ice machine was out of order, the coffee machine was out of order. There was not staff at the front desk at all at check out and no one came. I waited for a few minutes, called out several times and ended up just leaving the keys there. I didn't get a receipt and have no idea if they released the hold on my credit card. At check in, they advised not to park near the hotel because because some contractors had been getting paint on customers cars. Back to the room, the carpets were stained, the toilet was dirty and we showered with our flip flops on because of the stains and mold in the shower. Don't waste your time or money with this place. One of the worst places I've ever stayed at.
