It was a very nice place. My TV broke and they fixed it right away and they gave me a new one. I would stay there again.

Great place

This was one of the Worst places I have ever had the misfortune of staying. The hall carpets were all ripped up Rooms were horrible! No pool no restaurant no breakfast bar Cant find staff, 2 towels and busted everything! And big dogs walking through the lobby The entire hotel STUNK !! They told me i could leave but they would NOT BE REFUNDING A CENT OF MY MONEY !! on a limited budget in this economy my money matter when I travel to the US and loose 30% when crossing the border!! HORRIBLE!!

The property is totally run down and beaten. Even topical maintenance has been neglected for a LONG time.

The whole place smelled like cigarettes, the fire extinguisher mount was empty and used as an ashtray. There was trash and food completely covering the floor under the bed, cigarette or mold stains on the sheets, used towels in the bathrooms, and light switches falling off the walls.

Greeted by the smell of pot, body odor, and cigarettes. Staff struggled to find a clean room to put me in and lacked social skills. Advertised amenities not functional, such as TV, hot tub, or morning coffee. Loud guests in the hall until 11 pm and thin walls.

My room smelled like recent smoking and the screen was missing. I asked for a new room. This one was even worse. The smoke alarm had been disabled with a plastic bag. It was also unplugged and missing a battery. The screen was missing. One of the two beds was broken and nearly dumped me on the floor when I sat on it. The room had not been cleaned, dirty toilet and sink, and used sheets. They fixed the smoke alarm and cleaned the room. I was by myself so the one broken bed was not a problem for me. Hopefully, they fixed it after I left. The new sheets and towels seemed freshly washed. Hopefully, they were. Long wait at the front desk.
