Great place… people are so nice

In room meal order was slow and often slow to answer the phone. Poor service for in room service.

My 4th visit to this resort. Such a beautiful resort with friendly staff. We had such a great time at the pool and in the fitness center. Tyrone was a great instructor for the class we took. Another magical experience on this visit. My only want would be a later breakfast option. The buffet is great but wish it went past 10:15. $30 is reasonable except my friend and I don’t each big meals so felt like it was expensive for what we actually ate. Overall excellent experience at the resort.

It was a beautiful place to have our meetings. The people were all very helpful and friendly. Rich the valet was particularly helpful as I was juggling several things. I would come again!

We had an outstanding dining experience thanks to Chaco. From the moment we sat down, he brought incredible energy, knowledge, and genuine hospitality to our table. What truly set him apart was his ability to tell the story behind each dish. Rather than simply describing the menu, he shared the inspiration, ingredients, and preparation in a way that made every course more enjoyable and memorable. His passion for food was evident and added a special touch to the entire evening. Chaco also worked seamlessly with the sommelier, whose wine recommendations perfectly complemented our meal. Together, they created an exceptional dining experience that felt both professional and personal. Excellent service, great storytelling, wonderful food knowledge, and outstanding wine pairings made this one of the best restaurant experiences we’ve had. Thank you, Chaco, for making our evening at the Lansdowne Resort truly memorable. We look forward to returning.

More variety of food in the restaurant would be good. Breakfast a little expensive. No sign indicating the way to the reception for those arriving by car. Overall, a very nice stay. Recommend!

We had a terrific weekend! The summer staff (highschool/college kids) were just fantastic - super helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. While the resort is definitely showing its age, and the food is a far cry from "fine dining," the rooms/restaurants are priced accordingly. The amenities (spa/golf/pool) are very well run and they have a constant rotation of fun activities.

We loved the resort amenities, especially the pools. Also very close to downtown Leesburg where we went out to dinner. The best was comfortable and the room and bathroom were nicely decorated and very clean.

We enjoyed our stay at Lansdowne! The resort is beautiful and the staff is wonderful. We specially enjoyed Chacko from Piedmont’s. He was great!! He went above and beyond to ensure our dining experience was everything it needed to be!
