"Ill never stay at quality Inn again."

There was not much to like. The bed was clean. The A/c worked.

The room i was first given was already occupied so I walked in on someone in bed. Got a new room key and went to the next room that smelled very badly like cat pee. We use fabreez and could not get the smell to go. People sitting outside of our room all night.

Was close to where l needed to be to get back on the road.

The elevators did not work so they did change my room. Now the back part where l was had parking spaces for the rooms unless they are taken by the other hotel behind them. Now those spaces should be reserved for those rooms. WiFi was out the entire time l was there. The room was ok but the lamp was very dusty. The bed was comfortable.

"What a joke"

Well. I booked a hotel reservation for 3 more days when I talked to the the hotel personal, in the morning before work.. the employee seen the reservation and gave me new keys for room. I went to work and they refunded my money for no reason. . I realized this after work. I made sure i talked to a employee before I left my belongings. There for the day. So I know they had my booking. When I called they said they didn't have my booking and that they had my belongings still in room. I went there the on manger on duty Lindsey said they never recite my booking which is a bold face lie because it was on the computer in the morning she gave new key for the love of God. See seen that I paid for the room. Its place is a joke. I will never use hotel again. Its a outright circus. Good job people

"Very disappointing."

Breakfast was supposed to be available at 7am, door did not open until about 7:30 am. There was no coffee until three patrons made a pot. There was no one in the front desk for I don't know how long. I left without formally checking out. I ended up being late for a trade show in Allenwood.
