Quality Inn & Suites Williamsport

The property was clean and inviting, staff was excellent Bed was very comfortable

The room had an ugly stain in the floor. We used a towel to cover. The stain made the room look dirty, but the it really wasn’t, sheets were clean The breakfast was useless. The usual breakfast area was closed (apparently during the week). The breakfast in the lobby was very disappointing, just cereal

The beds were comfortable

The toilet wasn't flushing properly and when asking to have it resolved I was told to get the plunger that she has and fix it, I told her that wasn't my job. She did offer us a room on the second floor but we were already in our nightclothes. The shower was slippery and there were tiles missing on the inside corner. When we went to check out there wasn't any one availablle. We waited for a while and called for someone but there wasn't any answer. Breakfast was offered later than we could use. I had to use the bathroom attached to the lobby in the morning. The staff was not helpful or friendly. I would not plan to visit another Quality in anytime soon.

The location to all shopping

The first room we got the key card did not work 2 times then switched to another room and that room did not have a door handle on the inside so we couldn’t get out of our room then we got switched to another room and that room had no fridge no microwave and no chair and we also were down graded from 2 queen beds to 2 full beds could not accommodate the people we had we got no discount nothing for the trouble we went for

The first room they gave us was a mess. The second one was okay but the matresses were spongy and had seen better days. The front desk staff was new and overwhelmed by everyone trying to get new keys because the one they had been given weren’t working. The manager kept putting her on hold when she called him for help.

The next morning no staff to give the keys to or get a receipt

There was basically. Zero options because they aren’t using the breakfast room so they only have two cereal dispensers that fit in the lobby

The lack of communication

Location of the hotel is great. It is in the centre of the township, with all the restaurants and shops nearby.

The housekeeping standard was poor, on check-in I found our bed linens were dirty with finger marks, the linens had a worn out look, the mattresses were saggy. In five days we only had house keeping for one day. The breakfast was a sham, we could have barely some breakfast on weekends in a separate break fast room other days some cereal and some breads were laid out near the reception area. There was nothing else, so to say that breakfast is included is not so true. You can't call this inclusive of breakfast deal.
