The cleaning and the politeness of the staff and the location

The WiFi wasn't working and the brake fast was so poor. They tried to charge extra fees on my credit card for no reason

"Disappointed with young desk staff & room odor, beds & cleanliness"

The (new?) (young?) desk clerk was friendly and tired to efficiently register us but clearly having a bad night. Room heart / ac worked well.

Entering room it had an odor that you became accustomed too but was noticable every time you cam back into room. Microwave was dirty and bed just had a blanket and no comforter or bedspread. About an hour after getting into room front desk clear entered room with pass key stopped only by security flip latch. She apologized repeatedly and said she forgot she rented us this room. She was clearly upset and I believe was looking for a quiet space to calm down but chose an occupied room. Tried to calm her but she was crying. Beds were in sad shape.
