Receptioniste hielp ons wel vriendelijk, maar ging allemaal niet van harte. Ze wist denk ik niet zo goed wat te doen met onze vraag dat we wilden weten waarom Booking mooie foto’s laat zien maar je ter plaatse schrikt van de staat van het hotel.

Het gebouw valt bijna uit elkaar. De foto’s kloppen niet op de website. Dat was van mooie tijden denk. Maar hotel is nu leeg. Geen restaurant. Geen terrasje. Alles is stuk en vies. Overal vlekken in de stoelen, smoezelige kussens, vies tapijt. Rommelige en kapotte receptie. De buurt is ook verpauperd en veel zwervers. Geen gunstige locatie dus.

There was a bad odor in the room, wet musty carpet smell, and the noise from the room above people walking around all night long. The restaurant was closed every day. They need to do some upgrades to the rooms in the hotel. We asked if we could move to another room, we were told they were full, (12 vehicles in the parking lot). Not full at all!

Friendly staff, clean room( a bit of smoke smell tho but not very strong), bed very comfortable, bathroom spotless with large generous soap, lotion and conditioner dispensers. The unit had a good small frig, microwave and small coffee maker with good selection of tea, coffee and decaf were available. We enjoyed drinking the chilled drinking water available in foyer after a long hot dusky drive. I did not use pool & hot tube but they were available. Amble parking. Overall good stay and would book again.

A faint cigarette odour in room. Maybe previous occupant smoked in the room but difficult to prevent or management what other guests are not suppose to do.

Ample parking and it was reasonably easy to find. We got there before the scheduled check in and our room was ready so they checked us in.

The building inside and out looked very tired. There could have been more effort put into presenting the property a little better. Clean the parking lot of weeds, freshen up the paint on the outside and replace badly worn furniture. The lobby looked more like a storage room with all the arm chairs placed side by side and some facing the wall. The pictures on line looked great but we would not have chosen this property from a drive by.
