Good value, room was clean and reasonably well appointed

Ice machine in corridor was very very loud, so much so it needed unplugged to allow sleep

Zimmer waren sauber

Das Hotel hat 24h vor Ankunft eine Mail geschickt mit der Bemerkung, dass sie unsere Ankunft erwarten und Pool und HotTub operabel sind. Bei Ankunft hat man uns eröffnet, das alles renoviert wird und der Pool und HotTub nicht zugänglich sind. Die Eismaschine im Flur war defekt. Die Zimmer waren sehr hellhörig. Es gibt keinen Fahrstuhl. Wir hatten vorher ein Travelodge Hotel in Nanaimo mit deutlich besseren Einrichtungen und nur 2/3 der Kosten. Ich habe eine Nachricht an Booking.com über den Umstand mit dem Pool geschrieben. Auch hier warte ich nach vier Tagen auf eine Antwort

Definitely call the hotel to see if the pool is operational. I got an email specifically saying the pool was operational, then on check in, found out it wasn't. Very disappointed. The pool was the whole reason I booked there. Other than that, good hotel for working stays and stop overs. A bit dated but clean enough, beds are comfy.

It was completely disgusting. Do not stay.

There is Hair everywhere, dirty sink, dirty tub, dirty bottles, dirty curtains looked like somebody sat on the chair with a wet butt. Dirty windows, dirty light switches.
