Le petit-déjeuner n'est pas compris dans la location mais on peut très facilement acheter ce qu'il faut juste au dessus de l'appartement (fermé le dimanche) donc très pratique

Pas grand chose à améliorer sauf peut-être un aspirateur si on reste plusieurs jours avec des animaux ou même sans c'est pratique si on veut rafraichir.

Unfortunately, my experience with this property was frustrating due to several objective issues. The listing mentions free parking upon request. I requested parking 9 days before check-in, but shortly before arrival the host informed me that no parking space was available. When I asked for alternative parking options, I did not receive any response. Regarding the damage deposit, the host requires a bank transfer 7 days prior to arrival and states it will be returned up to 7 days after check-out. There was no check-in or check-out inspection, as access is fully automated. The deposit was returned after the stated deadline, and only after repeated follow-ups. The host claimed that my bank details were required, despite the transfer being made from a Revolut account to another Revolut account, where a refund can be made without additional information. This process offered no practical protection for the guest and caused unnecessary stress. In terms of cleanliness, the apartment did not meet expectations: the fridge was dirty, the towels had an unpleasant smell, and the toilet paper provided was of very low quality. Considering the price of €250 per night, the overall quality was below what is reasonably expected. Additionally, there is significant street noise.

Host very supportive and helpful. Property fairly high tech...but wonderful.

L'appartamento è nuovo e si trova in un bellissimo palazzo, la posizione è comoda a 10 minuti dal centro a piedi, l'appartamento è dotato di tutto quello che può servire! Il proprietario molto disponibile e attento! Se siete in visita a como lo consiglio!

Everything! We travel with our senior dog and the best part is the unit has a huge garden! The size of the apartment is really big. Just take note that in Italien is very strict with everything. The check out is at 10 o’clock and they expected you will leave on time because in Italy there will be no acceptance even though you are ill. Overall was good ! The owner Andrea very helpful.

Por decir algo, las luces del wifi en la habitación, me resultó un poco molesta.
