Andrea was very friendly & very helpful, the apartment location is excellent. It’s in a modern building and the apartment has every thing you might need. Very spacious and Perfect for a family. they have an indoor garage which is great since it’s hard to find parking in como. If you are lucky to find this apartment available book and don’t think twice. This have become our place to go to every year when we are in como….

Very nice hosts. Very helpful, and always available if there were some questions. Everything was clean; the apartment was perfect for a stay of 3-4 days. Overall, that was really a perfect stay!

When you arrive, it's a bit far from the train station, especially when carrying multiple luggage. But the location also has a lot of benefits. You reach the city on foot very quickly, and at night, it's quiet.

The apartment is modern , nice decorated and clean. There is everything for comfortable staying:air conditioning , good quality bed and pillows, washing machine and dishwasher, upon arrival we found a bottle of my favorite water and Prosecco in the refrigerator and it was very nice. There’s lovely terrace outside with everything for relaxing. Having a garage was very convenient . Andrea was available to help with any questions, making sure the guests had a comfortable stay.

The hospitality of the owner and his efforts to make it easier and enjoyable holidays. Also the location is very near to the lake and everything around you I will not forget the great furniture and apartment

Very classy apartment, location is perfect 10 minutes walk from the lake. The owner is very cooperative and replies immediately to any inquiry. Overall, it was a very good experience and will definitely stay there if we visit como again.
