Full of mosquitoes and not very clean was very unprofessional way to direct the client upon arrival especially I arrived earlier and all what they care about is to put the money for the early check in.

-Someone opened the apartment before handover, before due time to checkout while sleeping to start cleaning on day of departure. (Not appropriate, not professional,not secure) specially apartment opens with code not a key. Cannot lock from inside. -Leaking toilet water -not comfortable mattress

The location is good given that the eateries are just right below the unit.

The check-in and deposit refund process are very cumbersome and we could not check in till 4.36pm, supposedly at 3pm. Our entire schedule got delayed as a result. The actual unit’s condition compared to the photos in the platform can be very misleading. There are stains on the sofa and dining chairs are different from the ones shown on the photos. We were concerned about the hazard that 1 of the bedrooms has the aircon power point plug dropped out. Why is it not repaired? The cleaniless of the unit can be improved since we paid for the cleaning service. Lastly there is a stench smell on the walkway to the unit.
