Location is best if you want to visit Education City. Near to many good restaurants and shops, ample parking space

will be a plus if basic amenities are provided like : laundry supplies, sugar, tea, water

The location was excellent and the block is well-maintained. Although compact, the apartment is optimal for 2 people or a small family of say 3 max. Master bedroom size is good but 2nd bedroom is quite small. Kitted out OK and the water filter at kitchen sink is good. No need to buy bottles of water from outside. All instructions for access to the apartment are fairly clear and the Owners kept in touch with us throughout on WhatsApp. Easy to throw refuse on the way out at refuse room nearby. Bright and user friendly. We would be delighted to stay again if the TV system was fixed ! If you install a toaster, we will come back :)

A few things to fix : Master bed has NO bedside table so forced to charge my cellphone on the floor ? Not good...Owners: you do need to install a bedside table. Building insulation is poor by the developer so in the Master bedroom you can hear your neighbours from somewhere flushing water etc. and having their ablutions. Overall noise in the building itself was quite random and sometimes a bit too loud in the middle of the night, maybe people doing karaoke or having parties not sure but no idea whom to complain to...Also too much cleaning equipment is clogging up the small kitchen. Could you try to store it all somewhere else maybe or build a small closet ? Shame also that there were no drinking glasses ? It was not great to drink water out of a plastic cup like a child ? Wifi overall was good but the TV service was dreadful and was in any case disrupted on the 2nd day. We were also greatly inconvenienced by extending the apartment by 5 hours for a late checkout but unfortunately no one thought to issue us a new keycode for the 5 hours so.....just as we came back to pack up and clean up the apartment we could not enter and were forced to contact the Owners on WhatsApp to allow us in. That was not so clever unfortunately when we had already paid for the extension even before check-in itself....also NO art in the 2 bedrooms ? Many little touches in living room area but bedrooms ignored. A toaster would be nice if possible for the future. Sofa is a bit on the small side.
