"Good value and location"

Location was good and the apartment has security guards watching the place round the clock. Staff gave detailed instructions on check-in etc and were easy to reach.

The place had everything provided but cleanliness and hospitality was average. Staff could put more effort to make the place more welcoming. Sofa was small and not too comfortable.

"Fantastic place for a staycaytion"

Many eateries & groceries shop scattered around the area. Family Mart Urban green Arabian restaurant 24 hours self service laundromat are just downstairs. Kindly note, not many halal eateries around the area. We ordered thru Grab which is very easy. Macdonalds is just 5 minutes drive away. I feel very safe at this place. Security is around the clock. Swimming pool is great too with 2 swings to watch the world goes by. Prompt response from Host when we needed help / information

Wifi is weak. Maybe the area is still new. Insufficient pillows. Please check the unit thoroughly when you check in to avoid misunderstanding with the Host. Do update them if you find something amiss with the unit.

Location was good. Plenty of food around the area. Since its outskirts of JB town, its less headache navigating through the traffic. Overall was a pleasant trip.
