Adams View Hotel

It exceeded my expectations—the room is very tidy. The only problem is the air conditioning; it's not as cold as we expected. Since we often check in at different hotels due to work, we’ve encountered the same issue here. Maybe you can have it fixed. The staff are great, the breakfast is worth it, and I love their free water. However, the pool is a little itchy—possibly because of construction dust from nearby construction work. Overall, the place is very accessible.

What didn’t I like? The air conditioning wasn’t cold. The swimming pool made my kids a little itchy—maybe because of construction dust.

My stay at the Adams View Hotel was great. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the hotel is kept very clean, the rooms are fairly spacious, they serve a variety of tasty breakfast options, and there is a nice pool area. While the hotel might need some updating, it has good AC in the rooms, dependable electricity and good outlets, reliable hot and cold water and comfortable beds. Moalboal, Pangsama Beach and White Sand Beach are not walkable from each other, so I found the hotel’s location in town convenient because I was close to the mall, banks, bus routes and real Filipino local food offerings. Unless you rent a bike or car, you’ll rely on trikes to get you to/from any of the three areas. Overall, I recommend The Adams View Hotel for its efficient and friendly staff. They were so helpful and kind to me that it made my stay comfortable, safe and fun. They were always available for assistance and very responsive to my requests. They really made my stay in Moalboal more special.

Just old, dirty, and stinky place. Had a junkyard view from my window. A/c barely working and stinking horribly. Find other place to stay.

AVOID - I left early after only one night. There were ants in my mattress. They changed the bedding and sprayed, but they returned. They had the gall to tell me that I shouldn't worry, since they weren't biting ants. With the help of a complaint to booking.com, I was able to get a refund for the 6 nights I didn't stay. The hotel tried to charge me for the commission to the app, time that I stated there the second day, and a cleaning fee! Very laughable. Rude staff. I don't recommend and would stay far away from this place if I were you. Oh yeah, the centipedes by the pool were a problem too.

The swimming pool was the best. Gaisano and MacDonalds was very near. The room was good the bed was comfy. The breakfast was great. You can rent a motorbike from the hotel.

The tv did not have alot of channels to watch. I could not rent a motorbike from the hotel becoz i forgot my license, i then later rented a motorbike from a other resort. The closet was dirty and i we could not put our stuff inside. The place is far from the beaches so you do need a motorbike to travel becoz the tricycles and ebikes are expensive. They do not serve dinner you have to go to panagsama beach where a lot of restaurants are to go and eat. The bathroom was divided by glass and painted with white paint over the glass. The shower head was also not spraying well.
