The batroom door kept sticking and it wasn't very big and I would have been more comfortable in a room more closer to the elevator

The room smelled awful 😖 the door handle feel off in my grandsons hand door shuting us in. Had to pry door open. We decided NOT to stay and went to another hotel.

BEYOND AMAZING SELECTION FOR BREAKFAST. LOVE THE OPTIONS AVAILABLE, WISH IT WAS A LITTLE DIFFERENT WHEN IT COMES TO HAVING TO EAT IN THE CAFETERIA HOWEVER.

MORE TOILETRIES, ONLY LIMITED TOILET TISSUE GIVEN AND THERES CAPABILITY FOR TWO FUL ROLLS PER THE TOILET TISSUE HOLDER., OTHER THAN THAT ITS DECENT. SHOULD HAVE MORE SHAMPOO AND COND.

I liked that there was a breakfast...I just wish they had more of a variety like eggs for omelettes, and simple cereal and milk in some cases. It, would also have been nice not to have to "wait to serve yourself" because the food wasn't out in the container. Although, the lady came to replenish....I just didn't like the idea of having to wait, when breakfast was only served for certain amount of time. It, would also have been nice if we could have access to the lounge whenever we wanted to buy something outside,and have a place, besides the room to eat in. I felt like the only place I could go during the day was either back to my room....or downstairs in the front lobby/reception area. It, would also be nice to have drinkable water immediately available to us. I've, NEVER been in a hotel that didn't have that. Whatever, the case though, I would hope that would change because people need water all the time. And, to have to constantly leave your room for it is a pain when you just want to relax.

The neighbouring guest having a baby that cried every night at midnight none stop for at least a full twenty to thirty minutes. It's,understood that babies cry, but when your baby is crying in the middle of the night and disturbing others, that guest should probably be moved to furthest rear room you have. To prevent them from disturbing other guests. And, there shouldn't be a request for "you to have to move from your room" in order for the noisy baby guest to stay where they are. Because I'm positive the next guest to book my same room, would be equally annoyed by it too. Good thing is....they did go up to let them know their baby was disturbing other guests. And, I noticed a small change after the Reception made contact with them. I just didn't like that every single night I was there....

Breakfast, I only had once since I've been here...I think I've been here for nearly three to four weeks...and it was just ok. I wish they had more variety like eggs & bacon. But, it's understandable with the shortages of everything going on. I just like eggs in the morning and oatmeal/grits would've been great too. Everything, else was just ok to me.

Neighboring, guest with a baby that cries A LOT every night about midnight in middle of the night. There, were four or more days where the kid was just crying & I felt like maybe they "left their room" with the baby asleep? I wasn't sure but I didn't feel good at all hearing that baby cry like someone was doing something to them. It, was upsetting to me. But, the Staff made the effort to go and ask them to quiet down...they were excellent about handling issues on this property. I have zero complaints about the Staff they were great! Every, hotel should have Staffers like them! 😊🌹🥰

The staff was courteous and nice

The room could have been cleaner and the locks on the doors suck it was a constant struggle to get in and out of the room
