My door wouldn't work right.

My door wouldn't work right. Had to pull on the handle and use the key card at the same time. The door knob broke off in my hand trying to open the door! 😞

The front desk staff was friendly

The facility was not as clean as I had hoped it would be. The elevator made lots of creaking noises which made the ride unsettling. The moldy ceiling tile in the hallway and the way to our room was not pleasant. The sliding door in our room was not closed when we arrived and did not close easily and did not lock. The bathroom was unsettling, lots of chucks missing from the bathtub, water stains and the toilet wobbled when you sat on it.

The staff was amazing, very professional, and friendly. Our room was recently remodeled and was clean and comfortable for the price.

This is NOT a family hotel. There was very obvious illegal activity by "regulars". They are in the process of remodeling, and the areas that have been completed are decent, but definitely a "value" room. no microwave or fridge, no actual comforter, simply a slightly thick sheet with texture. elevator in second building feels like it is going to break any second. and all exterior doors were broken so anyone can come and go, very lacking in security

A cama é muito confortável

A única coisa que salva nesse hotel, é a cama, o resto é muito sujo, já na entrada do hotel, um tapete imundo, o elevador parecia que ia desmontar, um piso sujo extremamente gasto, qt ao atendimento da recepção, muito ruim tb, me cobrou no cartão em duplicidade dizendo q o sistema não havia acusado a cobrança, depois de passar duas vezes o cartão e mesmodaí utilizei um outro
