"Terrible front desk staff caused my decision to stay at different hotel."

Location was near my conference

The front desk manager was unhelpful and smug. So much so that upon checking in I decided to leave and booked a different hotel.

Cheap prices

Earthing was broken curtain rod fell tv remote was missing ac didn't work got moved rooms just to find out no remote either and the sewer upstairs was leaking thru the bathroom ceiling horrible maintenance absolutely horrible maintenance but lovely staff. I know it ain't their fault
