Location was great for my trip. Accommodation was comfortable and very clean. Only slight issue I had was the water was not very warm when I had a shower. Very good breakfast and the hosts were very friendly. Would recommend

Breakfast was excellent! Derek and Lez were fantastic hosts. Made you feel right at home. Extremely clean facilities. Holywell House will be my first choice when returning to Loughborough. You will not be disappointed!

Warm welcome, everything i needed in the room. Great breakfast.

The room was a little cold, but there was an electric heater in there which quickly sorted the problem.
