Recently visited Frisco area for work, and was booked in the Marriott Residence Inn by our travel coordinator. She mentioned it was one of the top three hotels that she places all business clients in, so I knew I was in good hands. This hotel exceeded my expectations. The rooms were modern and clean, the whole entire hotel still seems to have that “new” feel to it, there is a large Starbucks easily accessible downstairs in the mornings along with a free complimentary breakfast. The front desk staff was great, and there also is a nice bar at the other side of the hotel which I believe is AC Hotels (two hotel brands, one building) - and you get access to both sides. I would like to specifically called out Yelena one of the hotel staff that works in the morning. I had a special dietary need (was looking for low/no sugar Greek yogurt), and she was able to go into the back and find some really nice Chobani plain yogurt for me. And then the next day when she saw me, she, she immediately approached me to help again. I didn’t have to ask. She went above and beyond, and that seems to be the theme of all the staff. I’ll be staying here again for sure.

Room had everything you could need. Everyone needs to try Yelena's porridge at breakfast time. It is the best in the world. Such a treat. Staff very friendly. Hotel near to the Star and Ford Center. Perfect and some good Restaurants. All weithin walking distance.

Friendly environment, very friendly and helpful staff in the kitchen. Yelena, a lady from the kitchen, was always there to help. I absolutely loved her oatmeal which reminded me of my childhood. Thank you for this pleasant stay and it is always a pleasure to come back.

Asifa at the front desk was awesome! She help me with an internet issue. She ensured that had a couple of extra things for my room and helped adjust my stay. Every time I saw her she had a smile and was very pleasant. Wish all the hotels I went to had someone like Asifa.

Great experience on our stay. Our out-of-town guests and family booked several rooms for my daughter's wedding weekend . The staff was very friendly and responded quickly to our needs. The rooms were clean. Breakfast buffet was very good and the person who maintained the buffet area, Yelena, remembered our family's dietary restrictions each morning and made sure we were taken care of. We feel happy to recommend this hotel.
