"Welcome to Frisco"

I stayed at the AC Hotel and it was great! Lovely staff incluiding the bar, restaurant and front desk. Special thanks to Chris and Raul for being so warm and made feel at home. The hotel is modern and super comfy. Very nice rooms and facilities, including its fitness center.

"Short visit to Dallas !"

Raul was so hospitable during our short visit in Dallas. My fiancé and I settled for a relaxing night in after a long day traveling, and decided to visit the bar for a quick second. Would definitely recommend this location and Raul for a relaxing drink at the bar!

From the begiinning with Valet Staff to Front Desk staff on check in and check out and night shift Front Desk staff to Housekeeping staff to service attendants at our continental breakfast; This was and exceptional stay with exceptional customer service with a smile and our room exceeded our expectations. We even received exceptional service before arriving on the phone by Carlos at the Front Desk when we arrived. This was a excellent hotel stay for me and my family. Our room suite met every need and comforts.

Bought a muscle milk from the convenience area and when I opened it, it was sour and bad. I had to throw the whole thing away and let them know as well. But was still charged for it.

We stayed here for a cheer competition and it was very easy to walk to the Star each day. The bar area was excellent and the staff was amazing. Will stay here again!
