"Mixed Bag"

This stay started out Horribly. Rooms were mismanaged upon my check in. The gentleman at the front desk was not very customer service oriented. Valet kept me waiting at least an hour on Friday night. However, on Saturday we I began to check out I asked for a manager and.Rameika assisted me. She was very helpful in sorting out the mess that was called my bill. She took the time out to correct the mistakes and explain to me what happened and the steps that were going to be taken to fix it. I walked away feeling good about the situation.
