OYO 1055 Batu Caves Star Hotel

I would say this is the dirtiest property I ever stay. I have stay different oyo hotel with same range of price but never encounter a bad condition property like this. Massive cigarette smoke smell in the room. Don’t let me start on the bed condition. One should never stay in this kind of room at all.

Hotel are not clean, Curtain also not proper.

A BED GET SOME SMELL, MATTRESS SHEETS not clean TOILET NOT CLEANING AND GET LEAKING AT THE PUMP WATER

Everything! EVERYTHING 😑 from checked in till check out all is not as good as picture , worst experience ever for me to took OYO . I took OYO before but not this kind of OYO hotel very bad. They didn’t even call me whether my booking is confirmed or not , when i reached there around 5am they say room fully booked i don’t understand i already stated early i might checked in midnight im travelling from far away . Im with my mother and brother i booked a family room . Please don’t ever believe the picture and book , no such a thing the red pillows the cleanliness, the blanket omg everything is used and the very cheap one i can’t even sleep peacefully, when i enter the room it was so smelly until i left the room the next day the smell was there , no aircond they provide me stand fan is this for i paid RM90 and they give us a separate rooms . The room i was stay can’t even flush if we flush the things inside came out again omg thank god we never poo there , so so so dirty … not a clean towel all feel like used the blanket i can buy it from street market 🙄 everything is dirty !!! THE BED, BATHROOM,TOILET,SINK,THE FLOOR,BLANKET….ewwwww disgusting 🤮 i had no choice on that time i have to stay for few hours and left , 1st when we came he said no room for few times then i start to argue and said i have booked how come u can say that no room ?did u sell my room to other people?? then he said i have room but separate one single bed n one queen size bed but all like a shit . If you people going with booked don’t let them took your money and this guy almost cheat us ,thank god i fight for it 😑

The wall is dirty The bathroom door cannot be locked The towel is so thin and not absorbing

Hotel - Not clean / facility not funtion like iron board/ heater/ toilets poor / bad sheet dirty/ pest issues/ curtain unorganised/ the worker not approaching propley when ask iron board/ very smelly / pet inside next barking at night / no water / paip water rusty / no tooth brush/ towel dirty. Poor experience for us as came from JB to KL. Very disappointed. Early morning at 8am with disappointment and check out.

Only good aircondition but we unable to control the temperature. The website pictures as not same as actual
