Everything.. the room, the cleanliness, the smell, the facilities and the way you are cheating customers by posting nice pics about the rooms on the website..my good time my mother didn't follow us.. the smell on the bed and pillow.. the stain on the bedsheet.. yuckk.. i didn't sleep at all..
