Absolutely, wonderful clean place to stay my bathroom was huge One note from one handicap to another as extra towels, they can put on the floor that bathroom is slippery like you wouldn’t believe I had to go from the shower over to the toilet and it was very frightening. There’s no handicap rails in the middle of the room so you gotta be exceptionally cautious.

"Rude staff, dirty food area, rooms smell of pot."

Location

Food area dirty with old eggs on counters and in warmers at 8pm at night and mouse and dust droppings in containers holding silverware & napkins. Room smelled like pot from previous guest and got worse as heat turned on and off. Breakfast in morning very little choices we did not eat given dirtiness we found night before. Beds not soft at all they are rock hard, we had 6 rooms total for our group all had same complaints on beds. Took 10 minutes to get staff member to front desk to check us in and we had to go behind to get her attention as just sitting in back room playing on phone, unfortunately that was case everytime our girls wanted to buy from coolers near desk. Worker was rude each time felt as though we were bothering her play time horrible customer service. There were 17 of us in our group that make this trip yearly for tournament we will go back to other nearby hotel.

"Okay for the price. "

The room was mostly clean. The shower had mold all over it and the toilet was dirty when we got there. Breakfast was okay but not as good as other hotels I’ve been to. The blanket had blood stains and there was some red stuff on the carpet.

"Poor customer service, clean rooms."

Property was nice and the room was clean.

The person checking in people was nowhere to be found and I had to wait around 15 minutes for her to finally show up
