Cleanliness, convenient location.

Bed very hard. Kids slamming door and running up and down the halls constantly. Worst part I produced a card when I checked which was different from the one I booked with. I asked them to use the card I provided them in person. They already charged even there was no prepayment needed and used the card I presented to them in person for a whole other fee. Very upsetting.

Conveniently close to Wings Event Center where I was a vendor.

We came home to find we were double charged. So frustrating!

All was a very nice experience the only draw back was the continental breakfast was a disappointment BUT will come back

Poor service at the front desk and breakfast bar - almost no food stocked whatsoever for breakfast and when staff was finally located by the many guests waiting for continental breakfast she was rude. Toilet in the room was not clean. Limited amenities, no water or coffee in the room.

Face clothes and towels were very dingy and the main door was a half inch off the floor 😳

Clean, neutral, and well designed

The breakfast and the staff were lacking. Breakfast was Poorly stocked and often unattended.

Came to the area to visit family and friends. This hotel is very clean. Saw employees cleaning all areas on a regular basis. Front desk staff was very nice and friendly when I arrived and throughout my stay when I needed something. The employees cleaning around the hotel always had a smile and said hello. They have a small area where they sell snacks, drinks so if you need something, it’s likely there. Location is right next to I 94, so if the sound of highway traffic bothers you, you may not want to stay here. But the convenience of being right off the highway is great. I found the highway traffic to actually help me fall asleep. Room was very clean. Bed is comfortable, big screen TV. Bathroom has a walk-in shower, which is large, includes shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in receptacles on the wall. Bathroom was very clean. They do have breakfast each morning, but I did not take advantage of that as I spent my time away in the mornings visiting people I knew. They have a pool with a hot tub, and I saw several people regularly using the exercise equipment. Overall, this is a great hotel. Felt very safe here. I would stay here again when I return. And I would recommend this to any traveler
