"It was nice"

The property is clean and nice and quiet , the front desk girl was very nice and sweet.

I don’t like the fact you have to turn in wash rags and towels to get some new ones it need to be more than 2 rags and 2 towels you cannot use the rag you wash your body with to wash your face thats very nasty. The pool was very dirty it look like it wasn’t clean at all , the place is nice but i feel like if you paying all this money for these you should’ve have enough face rags and towels next time i come i will bring my own wash rags and towels

The hotel itself is clean. Bed Linens and towels were really bad, old and dingy. Could actually see through the sheet… creepy. Would I stay there again? Eh… maybe

"Avoid at all costs!"

We stayed here for a soccer tournament, and it was honestly one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve had. The rates were high, but the service was seriously lacking. The hotel was clearly understaffed, and it showed. When we got to our room, the bathroom looked like it had already been used—completely unacceptable. There were no clean towels, and the front desk seemed overwhelmed. We called several times during the night to report kids running wild and banging on doors on the third floor, but nothing changed. To top it off, when I called after our stay to speak with a manager, the person at the front desk hung up on me and said, “Too bad, don’t stay here again.” Unbelievable. Terrible service, zero accountability. Would not recommend.

Beautiful lobby smelled so clean the rooms were quiet and very comfy the pillows were a little flat but that’s all that can really be complained about the property and parking was super nice and convenient and right off the highway recommend for anyone needing a weekend getaway or a long trip
