Lovely hotel. Within easy walking distance of the performance I was here to see. Restaurant is very good. Hotels pillows were literally lumpy.

Location was good for are purpose of tailgating before football game

We loved the location! It was close to many restaraunts and bars! The staff was very friendly and accomodating.

We were not a fan of the flat pillows or the charging for parking even if we didnt go in and out of the parking garage.

Great place to stay on campus at U of A. Clean, roomy, comfy beds. Parking for a fee. Cafe downstairs. Wifi. AIR CONDITIONING!! Steps to campus, dorm living, and student apartments.

Great hotel and excellent service

The facility is beautiful. The location is perfect and within walking distance to lots of eateries and the U of A stadiums. But, if I had a complaint, besides not having free breakfast, it would be that the walls seemed pretty thin. We could hear the lady in the next room blow drying her hair like she was standing in our room.

I will definitely make this hotel my go to destination when I need a place to stay! Very clean hotel and the staff is friendly, welcoming and helpful. Access to the U of A stadium, bars & restaurants is unmatched!

Ho soggiornato al Marriott per lavoro e nel complesso l’esperienza è stata discreta. La posizione è ottima, soprattutto per chi deve recarsi all’università, raggiungibile a piedi. Nella zona ci sono diversi bar e ristoranti, anche se non ho notato supermercati nelle vicinanze. L’hotel ha un ambiente moderno, la stanza era spaziosa, così come il bagno, e il personale sempre gentile e disponibile.

Ci sono vari aspetti negativi che hanno inciso sul mio giudizio: - La camera era piuttosto buia. - La colazione, a mio avviso, ha un prezzo eccessivo e per questo non ne ho usufruito. - Non viene fornita nemmeno una bottiglietta d’acqua di cortesia all'arrivo (acquistarla in hotel costa 4$). - Le pulizie sono risultate superficiali: delle briciole cadute il primo giorno sono rimaste lì per l’intera durata del soggiorno. - Il problema più serio riguarda però la gestione delle prenotazioni tramite Booking: l’hotel non rilascia alcuna ricevuta ufficiale, limitandosi a quella della piattaforma. Per chi viaggia per lavoro questo è un grande limite e, a mio avviso, inaccettabile per una catena come Marriott. Il servizio clienti, inoltre, si è dimostrato poco reattivo: difficile da contattare e incline a rispondere con messaggi standardizzati, senza affrontare davvero il problema. In tanti viaggi di lavoro non mi era mai capitato nulla di simile. Nel complesso: buona posizione, personale gentile, ma gravi mancanze nei servizi e nell’assistenza clienti che, per un hotel di questo livello, pesano molto.

Very noisy at night. Difficult to sleep. The rooms were nice but beds are too soft and not greay for back pain. There is limited food at concierge level, not worthy. The hotel next door is better. I will not come back. They also charge you for wifi even if you are a bonboy member.
