Hotel Bogoria

Our first visit to krakow and we were lucky enough to pick this hotel. Absolutely faultless from the friendly greeting on arrival to the same when we left. If you want somewhere loud and with a bar this isnt the place for you. Its quiet, warm, friendly and immaculately clean. The rooms are spotless with coffee and tea, small water bottles relenished daily and free, a mini bar that you do have a small price to pay. Location is perfect with all you need a short walk away. The rooms were cleaned daily and always lovely and warm. I really cant reccommend this hotel enough and as an added bonus even when we had to check out by 12 they were more than happy to look after our cases and we could sit and have coffee in the lounge to wait for our airport pick up at 18.30. Perfect.

Fantastic location rooms spotless.staff can not do enough for you most definitely stay here again.the electric car tour recommend before going to ahchwitz do jewish quarters & ghetto district get the whole story 300 zlotych for both we did a private trip to Auschwitz 450 a couple 140 to get in driver waits brings you back .well worth it.

I recently stayed in Hotel Bogoria for three nights in January. The hotel is off of a quiet alley/side street in the middle of old town, so the location is exceptionally central while still maintaining some solitude/privacy. The lobby is small but purposeful and nicely laid out - with two rooms on either side of it, which have couches and one room has a television. Staff were always smiling and willing to go above and beyond for any assistance I needed, while still remaining extremely pleasant and professional. That being said - the room types here (at least the one I stayed in - Superior Double Room) are a little bizarre. I understand that it's a very old building, but the way they have arranged the rooms is a little peculiar - in particular, the bathroom in my room (204?) had a strange layout for the shower. When you walk into the room itself you enter a small "foyer" with a small with a toilet + sink, a separate room with just the shower. The room with the shower is MASSIVE and could have easily been the whole bathroom, but instead, they opted to place a TINY plastic shower enclosure in this space and it's relatively disappointing and uncomfortable. I can completely understand it being done if space was at a premium, but again, the room the shower in is very large and I don't understand why they made this poor design decision. Beyond that, the room itself and the bed are very comfortable and the decor has a bit of an older "feel" to it, while also being very clean/new (in my room, the "room" with the bed was actually separated from the foyer area, but for some reason didn't have a door in between the foyer and the sleeping area). The sleeping area was actually generously sized, though. The rooftop patio of the hotel offers some amazing (but slightly limited) views of the city and is certainly worth checking out if the weather permits. Overall I did enjoy my stay here, and would likely stay here again - but would prefer a room with a better shower configuration as the one I received was disappointing and frustrating.

Located in the hart of the old town. We came late at night and Veronica was gorgeous (beautiful & charming). She took care of us and upgraded us to huge delux suite overlooking the old street below. The breakfast was very good and the cofee corner which is always open is perfect.

Very central in an ideal location. Would highly recommend. Staff all very pleasant and helpful. Booked a couple of trips at reception. Room was huge absolutely stunning. Hotel arranged transfers would highly recommend very classy arrived in style.

Great boutique hotel in the city centre between the castle & the main square. It’s on a side street so very quiet. Friendly reception, massive bedroom, tea/coffee facilities & everything you need in the bathroom. Large comfy bed. Breakfast optional extra. Will definitely return.

It was in a very nice location just off the main road in the old town, down a very quiet side street. The staff were very welcoming and helpful!

Stayed here for 3 days, 2 nights this past week and we loved every minute of it. We had a very large room with a very comfortable king size bed and super comfy bedding. Our bathroom was very clean and bright. We were supplied with all the amenities necessary for our stay including bathrobes, and slippers. Complimentary water was also provided daily. Coffee and tea was offered in the lobby. The personnel working at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. The location was beyond ideal for us. Only a couple blocks away from both the old town square and Wawel castle. Amazing restaurants nearby. I would stay here again in a heart beat.
