Wonderful hotel, friendly helpful staff. Large spacious clean rooms. Central for easy access to restaurants and shops. Complimentary bottle of sparkling wine delivered to room. Free tea, coffee, biscuits and cakes offered 24/7 I would highly recommend this beautiful hotel and will definitely return

Fabulous location, lovely and quiet but in a prime location. Easy reach of the old town square and castle. Great restaurants nearby. The room was lovely and quiet, well appointed. All the staff were so helpful and really lovely. Breakfast was always of a really high standard. Can't fault it.

Fantastic hotel, super comfy beds, massive rooms, spotless. Breakfast was ok but you have to order eggs, omelettes etc then wait for them to be delivered to table, very slow could be waiting a while. That is the only thing I can fault the place on everything else was way above expectations. Would definitely stay here again

Just returned from weekend in Krakow at the Hotel Bogoria. Lovely hotel, very nice staff. Very comfortable quite and well equipped rooms. Great location, close to but not in the hustle of the Old Town. Will certainly stay there again.

Our room (superior double) was large and airy and whilst there was no city view as stated because it is winter and it gets dark early, this really didn't matter. The hotel is beautiful, extremely well maintained with excellent staff. We particularly liked the Quiet Policy - asking guests to be as quiet as possible between 10pm ad 7am - it works - so very, very peaceful. The location of this hotel is just outside the Old Town in an area with many fabulous restaurants and there is lots to do and see close by. We'll be back!!

The hotel was very well located near the market square plus many good bars and restaurants and places of interest. The service was Excellent by the hotel with very courteous & helpful reception staff who were able to give us local recommendations as well as booking transfers to/from the airport. The rooms were very spacious and well equipped with all we needed. A wide selection for breakfast which gave us a good start to the day. With regards to feedback / suggestions to the hotel. The roof terrace views are impressive over the Krakow skyline but the experience could be improved with possibly some soft landscaping and maybe a Bar ! All in all a great weekend break hotel which i would strongly recommend, thank you for making us feel so welcome during our stay.

The hotels location was perfect, just off a main road that leads to the town square in one direction and the palace in the other. This is a newly renovated property and only has 14 rooms. The room we had was surprisingly large and very spacious. The front desk staff was very nice and attentive. Took a pass on the breakfast as it seemed quite expensive.

Wonderful location, just off the square, surrounding by lots of lovely places to eat and drink Lovely, spotlessly-clean rooms. Bathroom had all necessary facilities and was very luxurious Upgraded free of charge to a deluxe room on arrival Staff all very helpful and polite. Nothing was too much trouble! Would thoroughly recommend the couple's massage
