located at very strategic area so we can easily go to malioboro street just for have a walk! the staffs also are very friendly. Maybe this hotel is one of the best hotel in malioboro street. Would go back to stay here again for sure if we visit Yogya someday.

Visited Malioboro and first time stayed at El Hotel, the hotel location is close to the attrction area, the hotel lobby was clean, the team were so welcoming and polite very typical Yogyakarta culture that always left us with good impressions, the room rate and restaurant is affordable, though the rooms size is amall to medium but very convenient offers minimalist touch and feels like home. Worth for staycation with family. Keep it up!

Breakfast buffet was very average. Coffee was bad. Room is small for the price paid. Clean but dim. Toiletries were just basic - no shavers and no face towels. Pillows were not comfortable.

The staff was not well trained in English. First thing they pick up phone is speaking in native language. Breakfast spread have lots of variety but none was written in English which we can’t even differentiate what meat or food was it. Towel was yellowish. Furnishing is old too.
