"Lovely day"

Rabel was fantastic! He helped set up the umbrella. I really wanted to sit in a place where the ocean view was not obstructed. He kindly showed me the perfect location. He cleaned the chairs and perfectly placed up the umbrellas. He definitely helped make it a perfect beach day!!

"Aggressive beach staff and pool area tired old"

Rude beach staff really aggressive and unhelpful. You are allocated 2 free loungers yet I have 2 children with me and apparently this will cost me. Yet I’m a guest at the hotel. I had to Fight to get a 3rd lounger and they literally dumped a plastic dirty lounger for my child next to me. They were so rude especially Jonathan. Never again. The pool area is very broken down tired the photos online are a massive reach !!! The area is so small And cramed. The reception is always over busy not enough staff. The gym is small. The rooms are nice and Beds comfy. Cannot get over how rude the beach staff are and aggressive to a female on her own with daughters. Shame. Isn’t this a Hilton?
