My wife and I had such a great experience with Adriana at the bar. She was helpful made great suggestions from drinks to meal selections and the area around us for activities venues and just interacting with us. She was warm and accommodating. Adriana is a breath of fresh air and has the best interest of the customer at heart.

Had an outstanding stay at this hotel. Very convenient location since it’s right by the beach. Room was nice and clean. I got the chance to meet the front desk manager Israel Blanco and congratulate him personally for the good work.

I am absolutely furious with the valet service at the Hilton Miami Beach. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. The valet staff FAILED to return the keys to our car. We unknowingly still had a spare key inside the vehicle, which is the only reason the car was able to leave the hotel. Nobody from the valet team even realized our main keys had never been returned. We sat inside the car for more than 10 minutes waiting for someone to come with the keys, and nobody showed up. No communication, no apology, no professionalism. Because of THEIR mistake, we had to drive an extra 40 minutes round trip just to recover our own keys. Completely unacceptable and unbelievably careless. To make things even worse, someone on the phone initially promised compensation/refund for the inconvenience, but when I later spoke with the manager, he claimed he “couldn’t do anything” and did not even apologize for the situation or the inconvenience caused. This valet operation is a complete disaster. Careless employees, terrible management, and absolutely no respect for guests’ time or property. A hotel at this level should be ashamed to offer such incompetent service. 0/10 experience. I am beyond angry and will never trust this valet service again.

We had a great Memorial Day stay at the Hilton Cabana Miami Beach. The biggest highlights were the calm location and direct beach access — definitely a more relaxed and family-friendly vibe compared to some busier parts of Miami Beach. Being right on the beach and bike path made it easy to enjoy the area without needing the car constantly. The included beach chairs were a nice perk, and the on-site restaurant was reasonably priced for Miami. Special shout out to Victor at the beach for being so welcoming and attentive, and Julian at the front desk for his professionalism and helpful attitude throughout our stay. A few areas could use improvement: despite Diamond status, no room upgrade was offered, and the shower base in the room is starting to show wear. Dining options within walking distance were somewhat limited, and most nearby spots closed by 9 PM. Coffee was also disappointing — no complimentary lobby coffee, poor in-room coffee quality, and the coffee shop charged $7 for a plain hot brewed coffee. Also worth noting that the coffee shop, restaurant, and bar all automatically add a 20% gratuity. Overall though, we enjoyed the peaceful location, beach access, and service from the staff who made the stay memorable.

If you want a hotel that feels less imposing than the mega hotels, but still offers all the amenities, this is the place. The staff are awsone, the rooms great, the food fantastic (at Miami prices), and the location on the beach perfect.

Customer Service: * We had a great check-in experience. The front desk was fast and accommodating. * Our server Arturo was AMAZING, such a pleasure to engage with. Sergaud and Jofron were so helpful! * The pool attendant/server Wenser was GREAT and also a pleasure to interact with. Room: * Our room was clean, so I’ll give them a 3.5 out of 5 on the room; however, the carpet did have a slight soiled smell. Property: * The distance to the beach was convenient.

The Property: * Online this property is listed as a 4 star hotel, however in reality it’s a 3 star hotel. The pictures online was quite misleading and might have been taken when the hotel first underwent renovation. * The property labels itself as a resort but there are no resort-like amenities—NONE! Food & Beverage: * The menu has a few Gems; however the portions are entirely too small for the price. For example: The shrimp and yucca dish contains (4pc) of shrimp and (6pc) of yucca fries for $22. * There’s a 20% Service Fee on EVERYTHING. I was also informed by one of the servers that this is a resort fee and not actual gratuity, which is alarming because I was charged a resort fee for each day of the stay during check-in. Pool Area: * The first floor pool area needs updating and better maintenance—especially the wall near the hot tub. * The third floor pool area is much larger; however, there’s limited service if you desire drinks or food. AND there’s construction happening at the property next door, so it’s a huge eyesore * There’s a rule of (1) towel per guest, for hygiene purposes that should be updated to (2) per guest. One to lay on the beach chair and one to dry off after the pool. * Lastly, as a guest at the hotel I found it ridiculous to charge for the “cabanas” $175 and $250—it seems like a money grab. pool. Customer Service: * Other interaction with other staff was not as welcoming. Some seemed passive aggressive and others seemed as if you were bothering them.
