McIntosh Hall - Campus Accommodation

Lovely space, very central, beautiful building. Staff were friendly and helpful.

I needed earplugs because of seagulls but I appreciate this is not within your control. I only mention it in case that guests may wish to bring earplugs for a good nights sleep 😁

Breakfast was excellent ! Never got tired of it

Very convenient to downtown. Friendly staff. Everything was clean and neat. Breakfast was plentiful! Would definitely stay again next time I come to Saint Andrews.

The ladies’s shower wasn’t super close or well lit and a bit cramped (with the flow of the water directed straight at the wall). But that’s hardly a thing to mention!

Location, simplicity, price, cleanliness, staff, food, all of it! Except…

It was really hot. The window was open, but only maybe 4”, letting more warmth from the sun in, with no cross breeze or way to cool it down. I was on the 4th floor at the back, where the heat rises and gets trapped. At least a fan would’ve helped!
