The views, the friendly staff and the design and comfort of the rooms

The fact that the advertised SPA facilities were non-existing (all shut down after COVID) and not in use. The only thing available was the pool which was not heated.

The photos on website have been photoshoped too much for me. The nicest view is the swimmingpool. The staffs are dedicated and helpful. Foods are yummy. The unforgettable night is Saturday with traditional local performance. Price is okay so it worths staying.

excellent location, comfortable room, friendly staff.worth to stay 2 nights at least. Hotel arranged an evening dance program which was excellent. Food was good. Close proximity to the rice field and local Village which can be easily explored on foot.

Food was not very good. Neither for dinner or breakfast.

Stunning views made our stay very memorable, but it was the kindness of the staff that left us raving about this hotel. They organized scooters for us, secured additional masseuses for our group so we could all have a massage at the same time, and they booked transport for us to our next location. We loved the cultural dance the staff shared with us! The pool area is beautiful, we spent a long time enjoying the views. The rooms were comfortable and very clean, we had a great sleep. Everyone in our group loved their stay and are greatly looking forward to returning to stay again one day!

While this wasn’t a huge issue, we would have loved if the rooms had a bigger bottle of complimentary water. Small bottles were provided but the nearest shop was quite far away. Water was available for purchase on the property but it was quite expensive.

The staff is very friendly and are eager to help. At the checkout, the hotel did give us a 5% discount for all the trouble.

There were ants anywhere, we ordered 3 regular rooms, and all of them had ants in them, so the staff changed the rooms and upgraded us to the bungalow rooms which had ants in them as well. There were also ants on the dining table during the breakfast which on which we alerted the staff about after the meal. The Jacuzzi was broken, and the so-called pub-bar place of the hotel was closed and when we asked the staff if it was going to open in the future, the answer was a hard "no". A bit overpriced food and drinks.
