Good location. Rooms did not have enough storage/shelves, same as bathrooms. Not accessible for most people. Impossible to carry luggage up 3 flights of stairs. Dangerous for anyone over40.

This property is extremely convenient for the historic centre of Palermo with the Quattro Canti being just outside. The restaurants and shops are within walking distance as are most of the main attractions. The rooms are spacious and well appointed and the breakfast is good. The staff were very obliging. Their are some aspects which may not suit everyone:- The reception is only manned in the morning so it is self check in and entry via a key safe. No lift so be prepared to carry suitcases up one or two flights of stairs. There is street music in the evenings just outside which is nice but can go on past midnight so light sleepers beware.

Great but there are a lot of steps to the second and third floors so not a good option for older folks or people with mobility problems.

Great B&B option in Palermo - clean, modern rooms with friendly staff who were easy to contact and always helpful. Wonderful location in Palermo's historical centre, right next to the Quattro Canti.

Breakfast was great, especially staff member Ester.

amazing place. balcony overlooks the Quattro Canti, perfect for people watching. gets a bit loud at night as music plays on the street, but it's what we expected. breakfast service was awesome. cleaning staff was super nice. great place. would stay again

La décoration de notre chambre était très épurée, les deux personnes qui gèrent les réservations + le petit déjeuner étaient très prévenantes et attentives aux attentes des clients, et cela a rendu notre expérience beaucoup plus agréable

Hormis cela, rien n’était à la hauteur du tarif (450€ pour deux nuits) et des attentes face à l’annonce de cet établissement. Les chambres sont très très bruyantes étant donné la localisation (centre), avec une fin du bruit extérieur à 3h00 du matin et une reprise à 7h00 avec la cuisine du petit déjeuner collée à la chambre. Un parking est annoncé dans l’annonce, nous nous sommes donc aventurés en voiture dans le centre et c’est réellement à déconseiller avec les rues où il est impossible de passer si vous n’avez pas de scooter, et nous découvrons sur place que le parking annoncé n’est autre qu’un parking public situé au bout d’une ruelle impraticable en voiture (notez également qu’il n’est pas possible de rouler dans Palerme et risquez des amendes salées). Pour finir, le petit déjeuner compris dans le prix n’est pas un buffet, mais servis en chambre avec que deux possibilités de produits (ex : yaourt, granola, œufs sur, pain toasté, croissant …) et que chaque supplément coûte 3€ par produit, également une boisson au choix. Je comprends le principe de vouloir limiter le gaspillage, mais il est essentiel de conserver une offre à la hauteur des prestations annoncées et du prix que vous faites payer à vos clients.
