Petit déjeuner agréable et personnel gentil

Beaucoup de bruit, une connexion wifi juste horrible, des chambres catastrophiques pour le rapport qualité/prix... Une chambre avec vue sur les escaliers...Très décevant.

The view from the balcony was amazing. The room was very clean and comfy. The breakfast was very tasty and the service lady was super nice and very helpful even that she did not speak english she still managed to understand what we asked and was helpful.

Our city tax fee was increased without a proper communication in advance. While we tried to understand why was the fee increased we were not allowed into the facility and just standing at the door until we paid it online. We booked their best seller suite and paid our hotel already in advance so they could at least allow us in to put down our luggage and rest a moment until we figure their reason to increase the fee.

Aucun contact direct quelle que soit l’heure de la journée. La porte coulissante de la SDB/WC ne fermait pas. Ménage grossier et pb de suivi de demande pour le changement des serviettes de SDB.

The room was extra large and had a huge spa. Staff were great , able to walk everywhere

Incanto was in the heart of centro storico. Very convenient and central to all the sights of Palermo. A little noisy at night but other than that cannot fault. Would gladly stay again.

Lose tile in bathroom, and bulging floor board..comon breakfast area could be better but a lovely place 😃🥰
