Very friendly staff, excellent location right in the historical center. The room was clean and beautiful. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was amazing, served in our room. I would totally recommend!

The breakfast was very good . You could indicate what you wanted to eat the other day. The view of Quattro Canti and playing the violin in the morning and the tenor and soprano in the afternoon break

The first days of my stay in room 7 When I came back from a day in Palermo with the group I heard a machine upstairs opened the glass door and came into my room and heard a sound from the extractor in the bathroom I turned on the button of the extractor but the sound remained. To be able to sleep I closed the door but the noise continued all night. The person who makes the bed heard the strange noise. When I had spent a day with the group and the guide, I got another room on floor two. That room was excellent.

Location is excellent, very central and the balconies overlook a very popular square. The breakfast was incredible, the best hotel breakfast I have ever had!

There is no lift and the you also have to lift your suitcases over the door frame (approx 40cm high) to get it. Not a problem if you are travelling light but with a suitcase it was quite a workout
