The room in itself was very nice and comfortable. The breakfast in the room was okay.

The location on the busy street ruined our stay in Palermo. We were prepared for some noise - however not a full on concert both nights with very loud speakers. We stayed here Friday and Saturday and Friday the music went on till 1 am and Saturday until 3 am, so I did not sleep at all until then. Even though we closed the doors and windows and were on the 3rd floor the sound was as high as we were standing on the street. All the correspondence with the staff is on WhatsApp, that can be okay for some, you just need to be with your phone too much for my liking.

Die Unterkunft ist super zentral - perfekt für einen Städtetrip (mehr geht wirklich nicht)! Im Vorfeld dachten wir aufgrund der Kommentare, dass es recht laut ist aber es war vollkommen in Ordnung (wer empfindlich ist greift auf Oropax zurück). Wir hatten das Zimmer #1 und damit den Ausblick vom Balkon wie auf dem Foto. Daher haben wir es uns nicht nehmen lassen jeden Morgen auf dem Balkon zu frühstücken. Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen und kann wahlweise aufs Zimmer gebracht werden. Das Personal hat uns zudem super Tipps gegeben was wir uns unbedingt anschauen sollten. Der „Empfang“ ist nicht rund um die Uhr besetzt - braucht es auch nicht! Jedoch per WhatsApp konnten wir jederzeit jemanden erreichen. Rundum gelungen, wir kommen gerne jederzeit wieder!

Super tolle Lage, sehr nettes Personal und sehr guter Service, gutes Frühstück

Im normalen Doppelzimmer (Zimmer 3) ist die Schiebetür zum Bad sehr schlecht eingebaut worden. Sie rollt automatisch zurück, d.h. die Tür zum Bad ist immer offen und kann mangels Schloss nicht zugesperrt werden. Dementsprechend gibt es keine Privatsphäre (man sollte sich überlegen, mit wem man das Zimmer bucht). Tagsüber kann man schlecht lüften, das es in der Seitenstraße stark nach Friteuse riecht. Im Großen und Ganzen ist die Unterkunft aber sehr zu empfehlen!

Very friendly staff, excellent location right in the historical center. The room was clean and beautiful. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was amazing, served in our room. I would totally recommend!
