Kathmandu Marriott Hotel

I had a wonderful stay at KTM Marriott Hotel during Christmas time. The room was comfortable, and the restaurant offered delicious food with a lovely ambiance. What truly stood out was the staff—they were proactive and attentive, always going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience. A special thanks to *Pravahar*, who provided exceptional service with genuine warmth and initiative. One small suggestion: It would be even better if the restaurant could expand its Chinese breakfast options, such as congee and dim sum selections, to complement the already great menu. Thank you for making my holiday stay so memorable! I’d gladly return.

It was great stay during my business trip, it is a clean hotel, everyday room service doing a great job, each staff was helpful however while im having my breakfast on mornings Mr.Sujit and Mr. Pravakor Umesh upgraded my experience with their joyful and smiling behaviors. Their service skills are on another level.

We shifted rooms due to upgrade and forgot a bag inside the fridge. We weren‘t informed bout it, eventhough we still were staying in the hotel. After telling the Reception, it took till late afternoon, to finally find the bag. This experience was making it a bit untrustworthy.

One of my favorite Marriott experiences. Great location, within close proximity to a lot of stuff, multiple on site restaurant plus many others very closely located. A quiet, spacious room with friendly staff. Sujit remembered my breakfast preferences and would always put in my order when he saw me arrive on the morning. There is a diverse breakfast and dinner buffet. The food had authentic flavor similar to the evenings I spent at a local friend's home. Upon my return, I will definitely be staying at this location again.

I've been travelling internationally for decades, and rarely if ever give a review.. Normally on a business trip you clock in, recieve a service then pay your bill and clock out. This is a very different and personal experience, I've been here a week and have been hosted as a guest, it's my last day and feel I want to share how wonderful it has been from the first moment I stepped up to reception. After getting in late due to flight delays, the greeting from Kabita was warm, welcoming and genuine. I've been here on business so have mostly just seen the office and the hotel with a couple of short excursions so not really seen that much. The staff here are wonderful always helpful, engaging and generous with their time. It's made my stay feel very special (on a business trip who'd have thought!). After this trip I know I will be coming back with my wife for pleasure, staying in this hotel has made that an easy decision. And so in that context I would like to compliment the management, your people are Ambassador's for your country, staying here has made me want to come back and see more. Coming back for pleasure is something that I am already looking forward to if only to catch up with Sunita, Menuka, Bidit and the countless others who have given me such a warm welcome. It's late December with the holiday season ahead and I've not felt very Christmassy at all, grinch mode I guess, but my time here has changed that completely. Your company, the good food, the warming drinks, the lovely surroundings, with the sound of Christmas music subtly in the background and with glint of glitter and decorations. Thank you for the effort you have made for these things you've given me back my Christmas spirit. Wishing everyone at the Kathmandu Marriott a wonderful year ahead, thank you for being such wonderful hosts.

We were there at marriott kathmandu for the dinner with friends. We had a wounderful experience at thamel kitchen. The ambience, was so good, staff were too much friendly. Specialy thanks to mr.maniraj, miss. Manita were so good. Thank you both of you.

Been to more than 70 countries, and hundreds of 5 star hotels. Hospitality at Kathmandu Marriot is hands down the best of all. Special thanks given to Ashmita and Sunita at the front desk, and Suraj at the bar. Beet service and consideration at the front desk and the best happy hour during our three week trip in South Asia. Wouldn't think of a better ending to our trip. Will be back.!
